Quick Chickpea Salad

Ingredients:

250 g chickpeas

Olives, chopped

1 diced cucumber

¼ onion, chopped

2 diced tomatoes

1 stick celery, chopped

1/2 cup parsley, chopped

Salt, oregano, pepper, vinegar and olive oil to taste.

Directions:

Mix all the ingredients and season as desired.
