As a holistic nutritionist Lilian works with her clients to help them realize their full potential through sound nutrition and lifestyle choices. She encourages his clients to live a healthier and more energetic life by providing them with the information they need to make wise food selections and lifestyle decisions every day, helping them bring their physical and mental health into balance.
